Terms of Service

By commissioning me I assume you have read through my TOS completely and agree to it fully. Breaking TOS intentionally will result in a blacklist. Respect my work.

  • I will always take payment after you, the client, approve of the sketch. Unless you prefer to pay before hand, but never after.

  • I typically only send one progress photo, the sketch. Two progress photos with fullbodies, for sketch and lineart. You may ask for more!

  • You must have the payment ready to be sent when you commission me. After I request payment I expect to be paid within 24-hours.

  • I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time for any reason, and I do not require to explain why. If payment has been sent it will be refunded in full soon, following a cancellation.

  • I do not offer or provide refunds, for any reason, after lineart has been completed! Do not request.

  • You must credit me wherever the artwork is displayed. Do not remove or edit my signature in any way. Do not crop it out of view. Tagging me is greatly appriciated!

  • Do not request or even imply wanting NSFW or suggestive content drawn. Do not send me any references with NSFW material. You will be immediately blocked.

My Design TOS

  • Designs you have gotten for free, wether through raffles, trades, or gifts, may only be given for free. You may not profit off of it in any way if transferring ownership without added worth. Worth explained below.

  • Only artwork you pay for adds to my designs worth. Free artwork, free design, does not give any worth to the character. I leave it up to the artist to decide if their artwork adds worth to the character.

  • If any of my designs fall into the hands of blacklisted users or users who apply to my DNI, the characters worth automatically drops to zero and I no longer claim the design.

  • You may tweak and redesign my designs as much as you would like! If a total redesign is done, I would only like the OG design credits and you must fully credit the new designer!

  • Do not resell the design for more than you purchased it for unless more worth has been added!

  • NSFW drawn of my designs that are feral is directly against my blacklist and TOS. You along with anyone associated will be blacklisted.

Things to Note

  • I will not do business with anyone who engages, creates, or defends anything in my blacklist.

  • I do not charge extra for editing your characters color patterns, but I do charge extra if you change lineart. After two free changes it is +$2.00 USD per change.

  • I do not charge extra for adding small details to a design regarding accessories, clothing, or held items! Nor do I for backgrounds.

  • I specifically state that I do not draw self-harm imagery or scarring. This is for my comfort. While I do draw gore I am very new to it and is definitely not anatomically correct!

There are several ways I can draw Emoticons and Meme-drawovers! I can go with complete artistic creativity with no reference, I can base it off of a preexisting emoticon, or I can stencil/YCH an emoticon from an image on Pintrest for example.

All of my pieces, aside from emoticons, come with light shading and a simple background usually consisting of a couple colors and shapes! You may absolutely ask for no shading and a specific background color, which I can also change to find what you like best, with no extra charges! Editing your characters design if I missed something or made an error is also entirely free.

I have separated these these! Size one emotes are only of your characters expressions from the shoulder up, while size two is an entire image of them!
