You apply to, identify as, or support any of the following immediately remove yourself from my page and block me. This is for my own personal comforts and they are not lines set in stone for every situation. This list is lengthy and mildly repetitive but I want every base covered. People who are blocked/blacklisted may not own my designs, commission me, or interact with my content. If you would like to check if someone is blacklisted, feel free to ask! Anyone who is blocked by me or is blocking me, is blacklisted.

I would like to bring your attention to a user who has a very lengthy history of grooming children, many, many children. I was a victim of this user and she is currently coming back to various social medias. I highly recommend you take my warning seriously.My Primary Blacklist is a list of users who are permanently blacklisted. If you support and/or interact with these users, do not interact. I leave this up to you unless the user is in red, if you are seen interacting with a user in red I will immediately block you.

People listed on my personal blacklist are subject to change, users mentioned by name are simply ones I feel the need to name currently.

To commission a peice with suggestive themes you must send legal verification that you are at least 18 years of age. A drivers license, for example.

I reserve the right to decline service for any reason and do not owe an explanation.

1. I require payment after you, the client, approves of the sketch I provide. I expect to receive acknowledgment and/or payment within 48-hours of approval!
^{A. I expect you to already have the money for payment at the time you commission me. I can hold for up to a week as long as it is discussed with me beforehand.}2. You may not edit the artwork itself. If you want changes, please let me know and we can work something out. This does not include adding filters or stickers over the top of the peice, as long as my signature is visible.3. You must credit me properly where ever the peice is displayed. You must credit me by name, and you are welcome to tag me as well.
^{A. "Credit to Artist" is not adequate.}
^{B. You are not required to credit me when using emoticons of course. I do not put my logo on them either. I expect you to be honest if someone asks the artist.}4. If you do not own the character drawn in the peice you commission, you may not repost it. Commissioned peices may only be posted by the client, owner, and myself.5. You may not use my artwork for commercial use. You may not use my artwork for any personal gain or profit.
^{A. If I have drawn a character of yours and you would like to use that image on a personal item (sticker, shirt, mug, etc.) you may as long as it is only for yourself.}
^{B. You may not redistribute any physical items or files; this can be ignored if the character is sold. The item must then either be kept to yourself or the new owner.}6. Never under any circumstances redistribute any of my work to blacklisted users. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask.
^{A. If my work lands in the hands of a blacklisted user, it's worth drops immediately to zero no matter what.}7. You have an infinite amount of edits during the sketch stage of your commission. Once lineart is completed, you can make two edits before edit fees apply. Once you are happy with lineart and I begin coloring, no lineart edits can be made. You have infinite color edits.
^{A. $2.00 per lineart edit when fees apply.}8. I do not offer refunds once payment is sent unless any of the following applies...
^{A. You request a refund before lineart has been started. You will receive a full refund shortly after.}
^{B. I cancel the commission. If I ever cancel a commission a full refund will be sent to you shortly after.}
^{C. The commission took longer than 3 months to receive. You will get a 50% refund if this were to happen.}
^{D. The commission took longer than 6 months to be completed. You will be offered a full refund and will receive 100% refund unless you decline.}9. Do not resell my products for more than you got it for. Wether or not your artwork adds to your characters worth is up to you.
^{A. Artwork gotten from me for free, has no worth.}
^{B. Designs by themselves gotten for free, have no worth.}10. I do not consent for my quadruped/feral designs to be used in any NSFW or suggestive manner. This includes artwork or writing.11. You may edit my designs to your hearts content as long as original credits remain as well as new credits if need be.12. You may ask for updates or my artwork status at any time, do not hesitate to check in with me about your commission. I will provide any progress upon request, but by default I usually only send sketches for approval.
^{A. Avoid spamming, do not overuse this. I will let you know if you're being pushy, don't worry!}This TOS serves as a contract between I the artist, and you the client. Breaking this contract will result in a blacklist. By continuing you acknowledge, accept, and understand everything spoken about. If you have any questions before or after, ask!

Split Payment is when I take a commission that is mostly payed for with money, and a small amount of it payed with artwork. This would work if you almost have enough money for the commission, but are missing at most ¼ of the price of the commission.

I offer two kinds of emoticons depending on what you're wanting. Type one is your character drawn over a meme or doodle, Type two is entirely hand drawn, bust/ribs down. Can include hands, tails, and wings.
